As the saying goes, “How can you expect someone else to love you if you can’t love yourself?”
In addition to my love for writing and animals, I am extremely passionate about living in the present– to live for the moment and appreciate everything IN that moment. I firmly believe that learning to love and accept yourself IS the true key to happiness in any person’s life.
The world is lacking all of these things now a days. We are all losing site of what really matters in life– we’re busy working our days away, and worrying about money and what is to come tomorrow, that we miss out on what is happening today, right now, in this very moment.
We’re busy worrying about who likes us and who doesn’t, what to wear and how to look, but the reality is that most people don’t even like themselves!
We are getting caught up in ALL THE WRONG THINGS!
I wanted to share this wonderful information with all of you– because self-awakening and meditation has changed my life. It worked for me, and I want it to work for you!
In this guide, you will learn how to use Mindfulness in your daily life, as well as how to meditate, the different forms of meditations, different mantras that you can use, how to practice Earthing– all important for your Self-Awakening journey!
